Adult Summer Reading Club
You love to read and you know it! Here’s your chance to share the love. It’s easy to participate.

Sign up online or in person at the library. Keep track of everything you read and you'll earn entries in our prize pack raffle. All kinds of reading counts – even online, non-fiction, magazines and reading shared with others. Three prize packs will be awarded at each library location.

Book Buddies
Don’t lose those reading skills over the summer! Come to the library and be matched up with a teen “book buddy” to share stories, chapter books, and even a puzzle or two. Our goal is for students to be ready for school in the fall. See how fun reading with a pal can be! Stop by or call 878-1301 x132 and schedule a time with a “book buddy”. Registration is required.

Share the Love of ... Pets
Miss Kim loves pets. Join her fantastic furry stories, activities and crafts that will make your tail wag. We'll have a visit from Wally the Cat, and perhaps and a special animal doctor! For families.

Anime/Manga Club
Anime Club is a place that gives teens a place to gather, watch and talk about our favorite Japanese anime! We try to mix old favorites with series that are new to us. Refreshments are served. For Teens age 12+ or going into grade six.

Job Help Day@Your Library
Thinking of starting your own business?

All Franklin County libraries are collaborating to assist job hunters in the third session of Job Help Day @ Your Library. In September, we’ll focus on resources for small businesses and entrepreneurs. Watch for specific program information coming soon.
